    I am a 16 year old boy who loves to play basketball very frequently. One day during a checkup, my doctor told me to stop playing because I might cause further strain and injury on my knees due to my obesity. 

    I was not allowed to play until I lost all of my excess weight. The idea of this made me rush to discover the most effective way to shed my unhealthy weight.

    I thought it would be easy if I just simply ate less than usual hoping to lose it very quick. Instead, my weight would not decrease and I started to become very fatigued throughout my days. It was hard to concentrate on my studies.

    It was my mom who noticed that I was suffering under my self-attempt at weight loss. Subsequently, she encouraged me to find the right method and turned me to Metabolic Balance. Being a participant herself, she helped me on my way to start my MB journey.

    After starting the program, I lost 7 kg in 16 DAYS. I felt fresh, light, and full of energy. Now, I look forward to my next basketball game.

    I thank MB for not just getting my game back, but for changing my lifestyle for the best. Now I eat healthier choosing a balanced meal over binge eating and fast food.

    The huge difference is that I am now eating my veggies!
