At the start I did not believe that the MB diet could change my body shape. I did so many things to reduce my weight – from acupuncture, eating supplements, eating herbs, and even exercising for years. But still, I could not lose the fats in my body.
Before joining MB, my weight was 63.8 kg, and the scale was my enemy. Amazingly after 16 days doing the MB program, my weight went down a total of 7 kg.
My first reason for joining the MB program was so that I could prove that MB would not work for me. I took the challenge from Coach Yulie – I thought that it was impossible to lose 5-7 kg in the span of only 16 days as well as eating 3 full meals a day.
After a week I bought a dress, with my usual size being an L, and an M would be too tight fitting. One day, Coach Yulie asked me to try a size S. So I went to the store, and was shocked that a size S skirt that I tried on fit me perfectly! When I was bringing the skirt to the changing room I thought to myself: ‘How is it possible?’
So now I believe that MB is workable for me and it should be workable for everyone as long as you have the key: DISCIPLINE. And the most important thing is that MB does not only reduce body weight but also it changes my eating habit. I feel great, I feel confidence and I feel happy now!
